The wee school at Carmel Baptist is an interactive learning environment. The flooring needed to reflect their educational environment. "Working with Shaw Carpet and Studio Displays, Modular Designs provided a professional and exceptional installation."

New Hope has been proudly serving youth with significant mental health challenges. They needed an update to reflect the high quality of care they provide. Matt Simon, Chief Operating Officer, said "Modular Designs surpassed my expectations! Thank you, Jennifer, Paul and the entire team who made this happen."

Office Environments is a working showroom where the finishes must be as versatile as the furniture. This 10,000 sqft showroom went under total renovations in 2022 and Modular Designs was able to execute a total flooring replacement with little disruption to the staff. 

Working with Christ Covenant has been a pleasure. They started their flooring replacement in 2018 with new carpet outside the sanctuary. We completed their 25,000 sqft sanctuary in 2022. 

This project was managed by Fairwoods Construction Company. Modular Designs was able to accomplish difficult flooring patterns with ease to provide a specified design. 

Working with Flagship HP Properties Modular Designs replaced all the flooring during nighttime hours to allow continual service to clients and provide minimal disruptions.
